Dia De La Tierra / Earth Day 2026

Join us with Sacramento Tree Foundation for a vibrant community celebration of Día de la Tierra in South Sacramento. This family-friendly event brings together residents, youth, and community partners for a day focused on environmental awareness, sustainability, and community connection. Attendees will enjoy live performances, hands-on workshops, interactive activities for all ages, and access to local resources that support healthier neighborhoods.

United Latinos and The Sacramento Tree Foundation have received funding for a Clean Air Project from the Sac Metro Air District Supplemental Environmental Projects program, an innovative program that allows organizations to convert their air quality fines into funding for local air quality improvement projects. This project aligns with air quality goals in the South Sacramento-Florin Community Emissions Reduction Program (CERP).
